The Board of Directors has adopted the following as a statement of policy:
It is the policy of the PVHA Board to notify involved homeowners of any complaints which are received in writing regarding violation of any limitation, rule, regulation, or restrictive covenant. It is not the policy of the board to verify the validity of any such complaints. Therefore if a resident is notified by the board of a complaint against which is not valid, please accept the board’s apologies. If the complaint is valid, the board will expect the resident to take immediate action to remedy the problem.
